Rotating mist pole

An elevated spraying arrangement for yards, site boundaries and internal roads. Pole height, pump configuration, pipe routing and control are selected for the actual site.

Project-specific equipment configuration

Equipment images show configuration examples. Final specifications and price are agreed for each order.

TECHNOLOGY

How it works

A high-pressure pump supplies water through a riser to the spray head at the top of a pole. Rotation distributes the mist around an elevated working zone, while the pump and control equipment remain accessible below.

01

Elevated coverage

The factory materials show poles placed around yards, site boundaries and internal roads. Pole positions should be coordinated with stockpiles, vehicle routes and other structures.

02

Filtration and replenishment

The described system combines tank replenishment, filtration and high-pressure pumping. Filter access and water quality are relevant to nozzle operation and maintenance.

03

Linked and remote operation

Manufacturer literature describes rotation, remote start and stop, and a dust-monitoring interface. These can be included as project control options rather than assumed on every configuration.

PROJECT OPTIONS

Configuration choices

The following options are discussed during selection. Availability and the scope of supply are confirmed in the technical proposal.

  • Pole height and mounting arrangement
  • Spray sectors and rotation
  • Pump, tank and filtration
  • Remote or monitoring-linked control
TECHNICAL REFERENCE

Reference configuration

Manufacturer literature — selection reference
Reference pole height6–30 m in manufacturer literature; subject to site design
Reference pump pressure150–180 bar in manufacturer literature; configuration-specific
Spraying arrangementRotating spraying; operating sectors confirmed for the site
Dimensions and materialsDefined by the installation and operating requirements
PriceQuoted against the confirmed configuration

Figures describe reference configurations, not fixed specifications or guaranteed site performance. Actual results depend on configuration, water, wind, material and operating conditions. The agreed technical proposal takes precedence.

QUESTIONS

Before you specify

What determines the number and spacing of poles?

Use the site layout, dust-source positions, obstructions and local wind conditions. The resulting coverage plan also needs to account for structural and maintenance access requirements.

How is the price determined?

Pricing follows the equipment configuration, materials, controls and scope of supply. Send the project details so the factory can prepare an appropriate proposal and quotation.
